g200m Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Member", "User" or "You") and g200m (hereinafter "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), governing your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality made available through the g200m website and any associated digital interfaces.

By creating a g200m account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing any wager, you represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all registered members located in Malaysia, including but not limited to those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Penang and all other locations within the jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their specific location before registering.

To register and maintain a g200m account, each applicant must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of membership.
• Be a natural person acting in an individual capacity. Corporate registrations are not permitted.

• Not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, cooling-off restriction or account closure ordered by g200m or any recognised responsible gambling authority.

• Not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of any person directly employed by g200m or its technology and service providers where such participation may create a conflict of interest.

g200m reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility condition at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered g200m account. Registration of multiple accounts, including accounts registered in the name of a spouse, family member or third party for the benefit of the Member, is prohibited.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. g200m will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorised access or data compromise arising from a Member's failure to secure their username and password. Members must notify g200m immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Automated login tools, scripts or bots are strictly prohibited.
• Members must update their contact details promptly whenever they change to ensure accurate communication.
• g200m may require additional verification steps before processing withdrawals, changing account details or responding to sensitive account requests.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

g200m accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and USDT TRC20. Availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on g200m:

• Members may only deposit from payment accounts or cards that are registered in their own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed where identified, potentially with deduction of associated processing costs.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the g200m cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. g200m may request KYC documentation before releasing funds.
• Processing times are estimated and subject to variation based on payment provider schedules, network conditions and compliance review. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• g200m reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where irregular betting patterns or potential policy violations are detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards offered through g200m are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Maximum bet limits typically apply when bonus funds are active. Placing stakes above the stated cap may void bonus eligibility.
• Game contribution rates vary by product category. Slot games may contribute 100% of each stake, while table games and live dealer titles typically contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable promotion.
• Bonus expiry is enforced. Uncompleted wagering at the time of expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Sticky bonus funds remain in the account for wagering purposes only and may not be withdrawn. Only the winnings generated from such funds, net of the original bonus amount, may be eligible for withdrawal.
• g200m reserves the right to cancel any bonus where evidence of abuse, arbitrage or systematic exploitation is identified.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed through g200m are subject to the rules of the applicable game or event market. By placing a wager, the Member confirms that they understand the applicable rules and accept the displayed odds, stake limits and payout structure.

• Bets are accepted and finalised at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. g200m may decline or limit bets at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, interruption or system failure during a wager or game round, g200m reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount.
• For sports betting markets including football, EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, any void events will be settled according to the standard void rules displayed in the applicable market.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets already confirmed before a suspension event remain valid unless affected by the specific event rules.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes. Game RTP information is theoretical and represents long-run expected return across a very large number of rounds, not a guarantee for any individual session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g200m platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

• Registering more than one account individually or through a proxy or third party.
• Providing false, misleading or forged identity or payment documentation.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated process to interact with the Platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing unlawful activities or using funds of unknown or suspicious origin.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other Members to systematically abuse promotional offers, including matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Conducting any action that places disproportionate technical load on g200m infrastructure or disrupts the experience of other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the g200m Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, design elements, written copy, images, software, game interfaces and structural layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of g200m or its licensed content partners.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Member may reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, transmit, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from g200m.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g200m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

• g200m does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability.
• g200m is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party payment provider failures, telecommunications outages or banking maintenance windows.
• Members acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. g200m shall not be responsible for individual wagering outcomes, including losses arising from games, sports bets or promotional wagers.
• Any claim against g200m must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

11. Suspension and Termination

g200m reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe.
• Identification that the Member does not satisfy or no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding bonus requirements and compliance reviews will be returned to the Member via a suitable payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

12. Privacy and Data

g200m collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its published Privacy Policy. By registering an account, Members consent to such processing, including the use of data for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and responsible gaming compliance.

Members may review, update or request deletion of their personal data subject to the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy. g200m may retain certain data for legally required periods even after account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international and jurisdictional standards relevant to online gaming operations. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk and remain solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all laws applicable in their location, including Malaysian federal and state legislation.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with g200m support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures notified by g200m at the time of the dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

g200m reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, g200m will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and may notify registered Members through in-platform messaging or the registered contact email address.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated agreement. If a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and close their account.
